Our craft
Every petal is piped by hand
Each cupcake leaves our kitchen as a small arrangement: roses, peonies and ranunculus piped one petal at a time in silky buttercream, then set among sage leaves like a fresh-cut bunch.
Nothing is stockpiled and nothing is stenciled. We bake to order, tint every batch of buttercream ourselves, and box the finished flowers so opening the lid feels like being handed a bouquet.
